Well this is fancy isn't it?!
I was lucky enough to work with some very talented folk on a styled shoot at the incredible Great Northern Hotel in King's Cross, London.
The shoot was styled and organised by Yvonne Chakra who is a very incredible and accomplished photographer who I met when I was doing a local Craft Fair - see, these things always turn into something exciting!
Yvonne's incredible attention to detail and organisation made this a dream project to work on. It pushed me a little in terms of my design which I was very grateful for - I adore a challenge and was very proud of the pieces produced for the shoot. I worked with incredible metallic paper which is now one of my favourite materials. This added a subtle but stunning affect to the stationery, which otherwise was quite simple, mixing muted colours, clean font and handwriting.
The theme of the shoot was based around an early Mad Men feel (don't get me started on just how much I love that programme!) with the Bride wearing a stunning Dana Bolton dress. If you haven't seen the venue before it really is something. The landscape of King's Cross has changed dramatically in the last year and this hotel standing proud beside the station is one of the many marvellous things to see.
If you like the look of this wedding stationery then please do get in touch! Due to a very busy season I have limited availability for bespoke wedding stationery at the moment so if you are interested in viewing my portfolio or getting a quote then it'd be great to hear from you soon.
