Summer is making me happy. The sun! The flowers! The men in shorts! Ahem...
I'm part of two cracking events this weekend in two of the most Summer friendly parts of London.
On Saturday I will be selling at Hackney Flea Market amongst some brilliant folk. I think this is going to be a really great event and I'm pretty excited. The only thing to remember really is that it's in the Borough of Hackney, not Hackney itself. It's in STOKE NEWINGTON. Sorry for shouting.
Ooh look! My name is on the flyer (I'm so not cool am I!). I'm curious to learn about Man Bingo too!
You could have a browse, pop for a pint in The Jolly Butchers or laze about in Clissold Park in the afternoon sun. Please don't forget your suncream...
On Sunday I will be back at one of my favourite events to date, which is Angel Flea Market at Candid Arts in Angel. This one is bloody good, and the standard of sellers was so high last time. Designer makers? Check! Vintage clothes? Check! Amazing bargains? Check!
My advice for Angel on a Sunday is a sneaky bit of brunch in Camden Passage, then a saunter around the market there and then swinging on by.
I have a bit of a surprise for you too. I'm going to be having a bit of a silly offer on this weekend, keep an eye on the Oh Squirrel Facebook
page to find out more. There will be some lovely new things too which I will be blogging about later in the week!
Hooray! Now after reading that you deserve an ice cream
